How long does formulation take?
Formulation typically takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product. We prioritize precision and quality to meet your exact specifications. Throughout the process, our team keeps you updated and shares samples until you’re fully satisfied. Once approved, this final product becomes the benchmark for all future shipments.
Can we send a sample of our reference product for you to customize?
Yes. If you share a sample of your reference product, our expert team will reverse engineer it with care. We analyze its ingredients, flavor, texture, and appearance using advanced lab techniques and sensory evaluation. This enables us to closely replicate your product and create a formulation tailored to your requirements. We’ll send the result back to you for approval, which then becomes the benchmark for your future shipments.
If a product is not listed on your website, does it mean you don’t manufacture it?
Not necessarily. While we aim to include as much detail as possible online, some products may not be featured. The best way to confirm is to reach out to us directly—we’ll be glad to clarify and explore how we can support your requirements.
What are your lead times for new projects?
Lead times vary based on the product, packaging, and order volume. Once the formulation and artworks are finalized, production and dispatch typically take 4–8 weeks. We’ll keep you informed at every stage, from raw material sourcing to final packaging. For urgent requirements or special cases, we can work with you to design flexible timelines.
What’s the MOQ?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by product category and packaging format. Once you’ve selected your product and pack, we’ll provide precise details suited to your requirement. Our team will guide you through the process and advise the best options based on your goals.
Will you help with packaging artworks for our private label?
Yes, our in-house design team provides artwork assistance tailored to your brand and product needs. While design support is part of our service, our focus is on delivering an end-to-end solution—from sourcing and packaging to manufacturing and export. We also ensure that packing materials are sourced from approved suppliers at competitive rates.
Do you provide certifications in addition to the Spices Board’s?
Every consignment is certified with reports from NABL-accredited laboratories, in addition to mandatory Spices Board certifications. This ensures the highest safety and quality standards. However, if you prefer to receive only Spices Board reports, we can arrange consignments accordingly.
If I give you my formula, will it be kept confidential?
Absolutely. Protecting your intellectual property is fundamental to our partnership. All client formulas are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel directly involved in your project. We are happy to formalize this through a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement for additional assurance.
Can I download the brochure without filling in my details?
For reasons of confidentiality and to safeguard our non-compete commitments, our brochure is shared only after valid information is provided in the required fields. This ensures we protect both our proprietary content and the trust of our clients.
