  • For curry powders and select spice mixes, spices undergo controlled roasting using in-house heat treatment systems.

  • Followed by precision cooling to retain essential oils and maintain flavour profile.

  • Uses German Alpine mills, renowned for delivering uniform, fine powder textures without overheating or altering spice chemistry.
